The Usual

Panel 1: Kana is kneeling on a picnic blanket and breaking chopsticks. Nemu is popping his head out from under the flap of the picnic basket.
Kana: It's time for lunch Nemu!
Nemu: Grilled cheese?

Panel 2: Kana leans down towards the lunch box as Anise starts to sit down with Anpan on her head.
Anise: Whatcha got for lunch Kana?

Panel 3: Looking down at the lunch box contents, it has various goodies inside, two of which look like Anpan and Nemu, and it is sparkling.
Kana: Oh, the usual stuffs...

Panel 4: Kana looks up with chopsticks in hand at Anise, who looks down in her brown paper bag sadly.
Anise: Oh...*sigh* [thinking to self] Ham and cheese again...
