Panel 1: Anise is seeing Kana off. Kana is with Nemu standing in front of the car. Anpan seems to be talking to Nemu.
Kana: It's time! We gotta go!
Panel 2: Kana is in the car with Nemu as the both look back on Anise and Anpan.
