Last Library Talk for the Summer!

Alas!

We have reached the end of our iRead Webcomics: Teen Summer Reading Program Library Talk Tour as of Sunday at the Kaneohe Public Library! It's hard to believe that it is officially over - the experience is one I'll never forget! Aside from meeting all the librarians across the state and seeing libraries I've never been to before, I had the opportunity to meet a number of our readers and budding artists!

We hope to see many more aspiring artists to take the plunge into comics - especially here in Hawaii where physically, we are so isolated from the rest of the world, and take part in something as global as webcomics! :D

Thanks to everyone who came out to see us! I hope we have an opportunity to do something like this again in the near future! Also, a very big thanks to the Friends of the Library for sponsoring us and allowing us to wax poetic about what we love to do~

Also!

This weekend, we had a chance to meet up with our infant hat model, who we affectionately call "TypeZero3.5". It's been a few months since we last saw him, and boy - has he grown!

We had him try on the hats again and found that - although they still fit, they are best for infants under the age of 6 months. (Or if they have smaller noggins?) We hope that they will still fit him in time for Halloween!

Lastly, we just wanted to note that a couple of our pins have officially been retired and are sold out~ The changes have been updated on our pin page. A few others are dangerously low in stock, so if there are any you are interested in - snatch them up while you can!
