[Important Notice] Nemu*Pollo Shirt Defects

Hey everyone - a quick heads up!
For all who have pre-ordered or purchased our Nemu*Pollo merchandise at Kawaii Kon, please contact us here. if you have detected any noticeable defects after washing your shirts.
In your e-mail to us, please include:
- A clear photo of the defect, post-washing
- Your mailing address
- Your shirt size (also if it is a unisex, ladies, or kids shirt)
We will do our best to send a replacement as soon as possible.
If you haven't washed your shirt yet, please run it through your dryer for 20 minutes before washing as a precautionary measure.
Please note that this may not affect everyone. If you know someone who may have purchased these shirts from us at Kawaii Kon who experience these problems, please direct them to this message!
