The Magic Word
Panel 1: Nemu takes the coin and reaches out to put it into the machine. Anise and Anpan watch.
Nemu: Ani Mama sure?
Anise: Yup.
Anpan: No forget to say da magic word!
Panel 2: Nemu cranks the knob and says the "magic word"!
Nemu: Space Cow!
Panel 3: A ton of capsules flow out of the machine! The pups and Ani are amazed!
Anpan: HOLY SPACE COW! HOW NEMU DO DAT?!

You know this whole story arc is kind of like a documentary on the life of a single parent. The whole idea of only Ani being their for the pups sounds very lonely.
The WAC basketball tournament is in Vegas next year, but I won't be 21.....maybe when I can go play the slots, I'll bring along Nemu to put on the machine. ....Can you imagine how strange that would look to other people?
