yay for eating ice cream/fro yo in winter :)
The theory behind this is that if your hot you drink hot liquids to make you sweat so you can cool down. I guess the opposite is true if your cold. When your cold if you eat cold things it will tell your body it needs to warm up more.

I don't think it's an official brand name, but find it's pretty commonly used for "frozen yogurt". :D
