Kana: Okay! Time for New Year's Resolution Roll Call! I'll Start!
panel 2: Kana starts it off!
Kana: I resolve... to spend more time reading and getting organized!
panel 3: Then Nemu
Nemu: To use more colors when drawing shtuffs.
panel 4: Next Anpan
Anpan: To try diff'rent shtuffs on da pizza!
panel 5: Finally Anise!
Anise: To be open-minded and kind~
panel 6: Little does she know the road ahead....
Anise: to all creatures, big and small~

Clearly Anise is the only one who made a resolution that would be hard to keep. Kana & the pups made resolutions on things that they do naturally to begin with.
Hahaha... no. Anise can't keep this resolution XD
Maybe she'll ignore him completely and only talk to the dog?
that could be possible........or she might just beat the snot out of nemesis for ruining her resolution.
