panel 1: Space Cow gloats outside of the sealed laboratory door.
Yellow Jacket: Cow, you PIG! If you want the obsidian sphere, you're gonna have to come back in here and get it!
Space Cow: Foolish girl. If I can't have the obsidian sphere... I'll DESTROY IT!
panel 2: Yellow Jacket fumes at the Cow!
Yellow Jacket: To destroy it, you're gonna have to get me, Cow! You're gonna have to get me!
Space Cow: Oh, I don't think so.
COMPUTER: DESTRUCT SEQUENCE, ENGAGED. THREE MINUTE WARNING.
panel 3: Yellow Jacket didn't realize what happened until now!
Space Cow: You see Yellow Jacket...
Yellow Jacket: Gasp!
panel 4: The pups are stunned!
Space Cow: While your little friends may have freed you...
panel 5: Space Cow sets his rockets for flight...
Space Cow: They've also caused this lab to SELF-DESTRUCT! Oh, would you look at the time... Gotta run!
panel 6: and leaves them behind in a cloud of smoke!
Yellow Jacket: COW!
Space Cow: So long, HENSHIN SLOW-POKES!

I love this comic! That last panel is awesome. Yellow Jacket looks like she could almost shoot lasers out of her eyes she's so mad! :)
Ah, yes, the old stand by for villians. When all else fails, have your base blow up while you escape with the heroes still trapped there.
