panel 1: Nemesis elbows Kana Panda in jest. Kana tries her best to hide the pups.
Nemesis: Heh! JUST KIDDING! Hey! Can I take your picture? Better yet... we should take a photo TOGETHER!
panel 2: She puts them into her bag and hides them! Nemesis decides he wants to take a photo with her.
Nemesis: Hanshin Flyer AND the Pan-da Bakery Delivery guy! This is gonna be RAD!
SFX: Swoosh
panel 3: Oh! He almost forgot to put on his Hanshin Flyer helmet.
Nemesis: Oh wait! Duh! Almost forgot this!
panel 4: Once it's on, he thinks he looks sharp!
panel 5: He takes the camera out and takes a photo of the two of them together!
Nemesis: Say DONUT!
SFX: FLASH
panel 7: He high-fives the panda...
Nemesis: Thanks Mister Bear! I'm gonna put this on my fan site!
panel 8: And then he's off to take more photos!
Nemesis: Time for me to jet! Oh hey! Blue Buffalo! Wait up!
Kana Panda: Eep! I gotta find Ani...
Nemu: Donut?! Where?

It looks like Ne-kun doesn't realize Kana-chan is the panda. So he's a cool guy when he doesn't feel threatened. And he has a cool dog. Not much of a "nemesis", just a teenage boy, really.
Now we just need to broadcast a Henshin Rider and Hanshin Flyer team-up episode to make their heads melt down.

Nemesis is really in his element today. I wonder if Ani might go as Hanshin Flyer's greatest enemy, just so she can battle (and defeat!) Nemesis on his own turf. But no, I'm sure she'd never even touch a costume of the enemy show. Now if she went as the Dark Rider or Henshin Rider and defeated Nemesis, his shame would be even greater!
