  wait. wasn't kana sitting at the desk behind ani in the last page? if so, why is she sitting in the one in front of ani in the last panel? did she get a bit tired of ani starring at her while she was studying and changed desks or something?

  In order:

  * Depends on the school. Since she did it after the "class over" bell, she might get away with it. Or she might get to have a chat with the teacher after school.

  * "The Genius of Jobs" by McGruber. No hits on Amazon, so probably fictional.

  * My money's on "Last strip was before class, i.e. before the headband boy got there and Ani was using his desk."
