panel 2: Kana discovers that the weather is pretty nice outside!
SFX: Tap
Kana: Hey- it says the weather is nice! Let's go out for a bit!
Anise: Sounds like a plan!
panel 3:The gals dress up to go out for some sun and fresh air...
Anise: Pa always says it's a good idea to get some sun and fresh air!
Kana: Yeah!
panel 4: and end up playing on their devices again...

The last panel rather reminds me of a gameboy advance game that required you to be outdoors to power your weapon. There was an actual solar panel built into the cartridge to charge the hero's weapon!
