Anise: W-what just happened?!
panel 2: Kana knows what just happened...
Kana: Looks like you got a CHRISTMAS PRESENT.
panel 3: Anise is trying to reason, hoping to figure it out.
Anise: Am I DEAD?! Have I DIED and gone to HELL?! WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!
panel 4: Kana tells Anise again but Ani isn't having any of it.
Kana: It means YOU better recipro...

I thought this was an all-age comic.
If it's "hell" you are referring to, I personally do not feel this is inappropriate as she is using it as a place of reference rather than a profanity.
Unless you're referring to "reciprocate"? :3
It never ceases to amaze me that some people will treat "hell" and "damn" as Bad Words (to use George Carlin's term), but won't blink twice when their pastor/minister/Priest uses the words "Hell" and "Damned" or "Damnation" while on the pulpit reading from the Bible.
in middle school my whole class got in trouble for saying hell with a substitute teacher, it was on a worksheet we were working on and we were just trying to figure out whether it was a noun or interjection, our teacher laughed when she came back and the sub told her what happened.
