For those who know me best, I'm totally out of shape. Aside from this comicking work being largely sedentary, I tend to get sick often which certainly doesn't help my physique.
So I borrowed some books on pilates and posture and got started on a core exercise regime.
There's this one move, where I'm supposed to do a sit up from laying flat on my back (as illustrated). I get to the point where the upper abs are engaged... and then I don't have enough strength in the next line of muscles down to pull me all the way up, so my legs tip up off the ground to give me better leverage.
Yeah... it's pretty bad, but I gotta start somewhere! ^^;
