#10 Annual Eye Exam
I don't really mind my eye exams -- except for the part where she dilates my eyes.
Since I wear my glasses far more often than my contacts, I don't really have a pair of sunglasses to wear after the drops go in. I also have large eyes which makes things even more painful once I walk outside in bright sunlight. So... I wear the disposable shade inserts she gives me. They're terribly ugly, but do the job. ^^;
Meanwhile, Scott has 20/20 vision and his own stylish pair of sunglasses... and small eyes to boot.
As for my eyes passing the test? For the most part, things are good - glasses are okay, but contacts still need some adjusting. ^^

Teehee, I just love this....
You won't believe how many MANY people do the exact same thing after getting their eyes dilated.
That's... a scary thought. XD;;; There must be a number of optometrists in the near by area. Mine's in the Ala Moana Building. XD;
Ugh totally feeling you guys there. Except I get super nauseous sometimes, and feel a little like dying.
If I don't get into some shaded area quick without sunglasses, it usually turns into a migraine and I'm out of commission for the rest of the day. >_
Or you could try...prescription sunglasses! I have big eyes AND 3 pairs of sunglasses and I LOVE them! I feel stylish 'n' fancy, and I can see out in the sun, too! >^.,.^
I'd love to get a pair~~ but my vision's terrible. My regular lens alone cost in the upwards of $400. T__T;; I'm hoping either surgery becomes a better and cheaper option or my vision improves with age. XD
UHHG I finally had my first eye exam like last year. The dilating eyes part was not fun. I kept twitching in my seat. >3
My first eye exam wasn't too long ago!
I went to the Sears in Pearlridge to do it, but when I was done a lot of people stared at me because it's not every day you see a teen trying to eat a bento who keeps missing his mouth... "^_^;
You know I just had my eyes examined and they have a new machine that does the dilation test without the need of dilation! It was amazing!
Oh man, you just put my last eye exam on paper! I felt the EXACT same way >
