I remember shopping at Micheal's in the first week of September for back to school stuff for my office and saw Christmas decorations taking up 3-4 isles! I'm all for the holiday, but it's being too commercialized. I have my Ipod loaded with music so that I can drown out Christmas until I'm ready for it.

agreed that commercialism has gone too far on the santy clawz, and the music does make you grind your teeth by the 3rd of december. but the holidaze season iz for giving and spending time with family and friends,not to mention eating lots of cookies!!!!
I plan on ignoring everything Christmas until Dec. 1. Only then will I start paying attention to the music, lights, etc.
BTW: Does it really get *that* cold in Hawaii?
Well, it gets about as cold as 50 degrees during the winter months. It's still pretty warm right now, albeit somewhat rainy.
Jeez! It's 50 degrees right now over here in Seattle. **bundled in a cozy blanket** Gah, what I wouldn't give for some warmer temperatures. Or at least a heater. lol
You have an uncanny way of drawing the pups in such realistic and adorable poses! I love how Nemu has two paws propped on the bowl as he's peeking in. It evokes pets I've had and have! So unbelievably sweet! : )
Ahhh, the wonderful season of Christmas...Reminds me of when I hear those classic holiday songs. No doubt Christmas is my favorite holiday!
