Also regarding the girl with the cat: her eyebrows are drawn so that it looks like she has a tiara. However, it's not a Sailor Moon uniform because Moon's uniform has a large bow instead of a single neckerchief, has the skirt worn over tights (as opposed to a shirt over the top of the skirt), a V-shape to the top of the skirt, and no frills on the hemline of the skirt....
