I live in the US. How much is shipping?
Shipping is noted per item in our shop. We have a very basic cart system. If you feel you are being grossly overcharged for shipping, e-mail us. We can also send you an invoice of your order with adjusted shipping via paypal.
I live outside the US. How much is shipping?
Shipping is noted per item in our shop. Due of the high cost of international post - especially when based on the weight of the total package, there is a possibility we may contact you for adjusted shipping fees.
If you would like to request any special services like EMS or delivery confirmation, please contact us BEFORE making your order.
I live in Hawaii. Can I pick up my order from you?
The short answer is no.
However, if you would like to pick up your order and live in the Honolulu area, we have an arrangement with Collector Maniacs on Waialae Avenue. Please contact us via e-mail or form with your order and we will invoice you directly. Once payment has cleared, we will arrange for your order to be ready for pick up at Collector Maniacs.
Otherwise, come and visit us at our local events!
Do you have a retail shop somewhere?
No. But we do attend various local events like Kawaii Kon and seasonal craft and school fairs. Please see our front page for upcoming events!
Do you charge sales tax?
Only for Hawaii residents. This is built into our shopping cart system. If you'd like to save on tax and shipping, please come and visit us at our in-person events!
I don't have a PayPal account. Do you accept other methods of payment?
We do accept checks and money orders, but will not ship your order until payment has cleared.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?
I personally hand-pack all of the orders and Scott ships them during his lunch hour. We currently have a Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday shipping schedule.
Local orders can arrive in as soon as a day. Mainland orders often take about a week. International orders can take up to a month to arrive. If you have not received your package in a reasonable time, please contact us. Please note we often do *not* purchase tracking services. This is an extra charge and must be requested with your order.
Why don't you ship to Mexico and Italy?
We've had a few instances of packages going missing and have decided to close off sales to these 2 countries as a precautionary measure.
If you would like to order from these 2 countries, please contact us via e-mail or form. We will only ship these packages via Express Mail/EMS.
Do you accept exchanges/returns?
We do accept returns/exchanges if the item has not been worn or washed.
If there is a printing defect, please e-mail us or use our contact form. Describe the defect and attach a photo of the problem. As long as the shirt is in stock, we will do our best to replace it.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via e-mail or form. We require you to ship the item back to us first. Once we receive it, we will then send out your exchange or refund.
We do pre-orders for shirts we have not yet ordered. This means you will have the greatest selection of t-shirts available, including kids sizes and XX-XXXL sizes that are not often available.
Our pre-order periods can be short - usually less than a week - and expect roughly a month for the shirts to be printed, arrive, and be shipped out.
We often include special extras like stickers, postcards, or pins with our pre-orders as they are sometimes special limited edition runs.
What does "pre-sale" mean?
Pre-sales are done for t-shirt designs where the blank shirts have been ordered and are already at the printers. The shirts will often be in hand within 2 weeks and shipped out immediately upon arrival.
As of January 2010, pre-sale prices are discounted from the on-site prices. Please purchase your shirts during this time to get the best price!
What kind of t-shirts do you use?
As of Winter 2009, we have made the switch to American Apparel t-shirts. Please refer to this site (http://www.americanapparel.com/sizing.html) for shirt sizes and measurements and color references.
We have previously used SunGirl/Sundog brand shirts. For the ladies' sizes, we have scaled our shirts *down* one size (S => XS) to best accommodate for their smaller sizes. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.
Kids' Shirts, Ladies' Cut, Unisex? What is the difference?
Kids' shirts are made specifically for children ages 2-10. Please note that each brand differs in cut and size.
Unisex shirts are often considered Mens' shirts. They have a crew neck and are often cut long on the torso. This is a standard t-shirt size.
Ladies' Cut is a slender version of the Unisex shirt with shorter sleeves. Please note that our Sundog Jersey line is cut *shorter* than the American Apparel counterparts.
Do you have sizes larger than XL?
We do not regularly order sizes larger than Unisex XL because they cost more and demand is low. The only time we offer the larger sizes are during a pre-order. Due to the size, we will charge $2 more per shirt.
How are the shirts printed?
We purchase the shirts and take them to a local print shop for silk-screening. This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to complete the run.
How should I care for my shirt?
I personally wash my shirts inside-out in the delicate cycle and line-dry them to ensure longevity of the print and shirt.
AUGH! I missed out XXX design! Will they ever come back in stock?
Most of the time, we do not re-print any designs. Once they sell out, they are gone. However, there are a few instances when shirt designs may be re-printed to stock up for in-person events like Fanime or Kawaii Kon. If interested in a particular shirt design or size, feel free to contact us! We will contact you should we do a second printing.
