I live in the US. How much is shipping?
Shipping is noted per item in our shop. We have a very basic cart system, so if you feel the shipping is outrageous, simply e-mail me for a quote. I can also directly invoice you.
I live outside the US. How much is shipping?
Due to rising USPS international shipping rates, we have removed international shipping as an option. Since shipping is determined by distance, weight, and size, the cost of shipping may vary greatly from a country to country.
Simply e-mail me with your order, along with your mailing address, and I will respond with a shipping quote and invoice you directly thru paypal.
If you would like to request any special services like EMS or delivery confirmation, please notify me at that time.
If you would like to place an order from ITALY or MEXICO, I -highly- recommend you request EMS/Express Mail to ensure delivery. I will not be responsible for packages lost/missing on these routes.
I live in Hawaii. Can I pick up my order from you?
No, but I encourage you to come and visit us at our local events!
Do you have a retail shop somewhere?
No. But we do attend various local events like Kawaii Kon and seasonal craft and school fairs. Please see our main website for upcoming events!
Do you charge sales tax?
Only for Hawaii residents. This is built into our shopping cart system.
I don't have a PayPal account. Do you accept other methods of payment?
You don't need to have a paypal account to pay via PayPal. When you are ready to pay, select Check Out and then select Don't Have A PayPal Account. This will allow you to use your credit card to pay without creating a PayPal account.
We do accept checks and money orders, but will not ship your order until payment has cleared. Please contact us with your inquiry.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?
I personally process all orders. I try to have them out in the mail within a week.
Local orders can arrive in as soon as a day. Mainland orders often take about a week. International orders can take up to a month to arrive. If you have not received your package in a reasonable time, please contact us. Please note we often do *not* purchase tracking services. This is an extra charge and must be requested with your order.
Do you accept exchanges/returns?
For all shirt orders handled through Spreadshirt, please contact Spreadshirt with your claims.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via e-mail or form. We require you to ship the item back to us first. Once we receive it, we will then send out your exchange or refund.
We do pre-orders for items we have not yet ordered. At this time, depending on the item, we may be available for special orders for unusual sizes (for shirts) or a variety of devices (for Gelaskins).
Our pre-order periods can be short and expect roughly a month for the items to be printed, arrive, and be shipped out.
What does "pre-sale" mean?
Pre-sales are for items that have already been ordered and en route. Quantities may be limited and orders will be shipped when they arrive.
What kind of t-shirts do you use?
As of Winter 2009, we have made the switch to American Apparel t-shirts.
Kids' Shirts, Ladies' Cut, Unisex? What is the difference?
Kids' shirts are made specifically for children ages 2-10. Please note that each brand differs in cut and size.
Unisex shirts are often considered Mens' shirts. They have a crew neck and are often cut long on the torso. This is a standard t-shirt size.
Ladies' Cut is a slender version of the Unisex shirt with shorter sleeves.
Do you have sizes larger than XL?
We do not regularly order sizes larger than Unisex XL because they cost more and demand is low. The only time we offer the larger sizes are during a pre-order. Due to the size, we will charge $2 more per shirt.
How are the shirts printed?
For shop stocked shirts, we purchase the shirts and take them to a local print shop for silk-screening. This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to complete the run.
Shirts that are handled thru SpreadShirt are not under our control. Please contact them with any inquiries regarding your order.
How should I care for my shirt?
I personally wash my shirts inside-out in the delicate cycle and line-dry them to ensure longevity of the print and shirt.
AUGH! I missed out XXX design! Will they ever come back in stock?
Most of the time, we do not re-print any designs. Once they sell out, they are gone. If interested in a particular shirt design or size, feel free to contact us! We may add that design to our Spreadshirt shop.
