Panel 1: Class is in session and the teacher is at the front of the classroom. "Class Elections" is written on the board.
Teacher: It's that time of year again - Are there any nominations for class representative?
Panel 2: Nemesis stands up and raises his hand! Anise is shocked!
Nemesis: I'd like to nominate myself! I'VE had some experience in student government at my last school!
Panel 3: Ani stews over Nemesis' announcement...
Anise: Over Henshin Rider's smoldering mechanical grave, he will! He can't become the class rep! Not without a FIGHT!

THIS is gonna be epic.
I went to two schools that did the "student government" thing. (In both cases it was a sham. Neither the "government" nor the students that elected them had any actual power.) In neither case was a student allowed to nominate himself/herself.
