For those who can't read Japanese, Anpan's saying "5 5 (Go Go) Henshin Rider". :D (The number 5 is pronounced "go" in Japanese - it's a popular pun.)

And here I thought he was saying Ani can't drive 55! LOL! (Yes, I cannot read Japanese to save my life.)
