panel 4: Anise is surprised at her friends mood.
Anise: ACK! Did something go wrong at the student council meeting?
panel 5: Anise gets riled up... Kana tries to calm her...
Anise: I bet it was that HANSHIN FRY, huh? Ya want me to put him in his place?
Kana: N-no! That's not necessary!

Anise: Sigh. Alright– I know what to do.
Kana: What?
panel 7: Anise grabs Kana by the arm..
Anise: It's EMERGENCY MILKSHAKE TIME!
Kana: B-but... It's FREEZING!
