400! We've Come a Long Way~
As we're nearing our 3rd anniversary (on April 1st!), we've approached a milestone in the process!
Today's strip is special in so many ways~ Not only does it close our our chapter with Pollo with a larger format, but also marks our #400th strip! (Well, at least in regards to how I've been numbering my strips since day one~)
Just to show just how far we've come - here's one of the very first "finished", colored illustrations I did as an Easter '06 contest promotion. I believe this was done on a laptop and BEFORE we introduced the pups into our story... o_o;
If you can believe that. XD;
Character designs have changed, coloring has become a lot more efficient, and I hope my perspective has gotten better. XD; With each passing milestone and year, I learn so much more about the process, and myself as well.
