Today's sketch -- Dagger, better known as Garnet, from Final Fantasy IX~
FF9 is probably my second favorite (just under FF6) of the Final Fantasy series. It felt so different from the previous (and later) games and I really took a liking to the characters. ^^
So much so, I cosplayed as Zidane back in.. oh... 2001. ^^; (My friend Meriko and her sister were Garnet & Dagger. Kuja was a cosplayer working at the booth where the person took the photo. XD)
Yeah. It's been a while. ^^;
Oh yeah~ and here's an old fanart I did around the same time. I think I sold the original on ebay... Wonder if it's still out there?
