After much hand-wringing and contemplating, I've decided to switch to Patreon to handle the site membership.
While there are many pros to handling things in-house, it's been a lot of work for me to maintain, account, and then report about. nemu*nemu/KimonoKitsy Studios is really just *me* -- and I've never been great with numbers to begin with. To take the weight of the membership maintenance off my shoulders will really allow me to just worry about creating great content and share it with you instead.
I've set up a variety of tiered rewards, depending on what you'd like to see most from me -- starting at $1 a month. I've also established a handful of milestone goals that we both can look forward to as support grows!
For those of you curious about my plans for nemu*nemu, I will be resuming updates in February.
However, I will maintain a somewhat irregular update schedule and release parts of my story in chunks. This is to make sure the story is being told the best way possible, rather than confining myself to a M-W-F "block". I'd like to take this opportunity to grow as a story-teller and artist. :D
I will also be launching a couple other side projects and comics that I've had on the back burner for a while now that will hopefully supplement the waits in-between. :D
So, thank you so much for your patience these past months. It hasn't been an easy road to recovery, and I'm thankful that you stuck around for the ride!
