Shipping & Payment Information

I live in the US. How much is shipping?
Shipping is generally calculated by cost, size, weight, and distance of delivery from Hawaii. I will send most packages via USPS Priority mail to ensure timely and trackable delivery. The shipping matrix of my shop can be a little wonky at times -- so if you feel the shipping charges are excessive, please contact me with your order and mailing address and I will invoice you directly.

I live outside the US. How much is shipping?
Note: Due to the current pandemic, there will be delays in delivery time depending on location. Non-North American orders may 2-4 months.
Due to rising USPS international shipping rates, we have removed international shipping as an option via the shop. Since shipping is determined by distance, weight, and size, the cost of shipping may vary greatly from a country to country.

Simply e-mail me with your order, along with your mailing address, and I will respond with a shipping quote and invoice you directly.

If you would like to request any special services like EMS or delivery confirmation, please notify me at that time.

If you would like to place an order from ITALY or MEXICO, I -highly- recommend you request EMS/Express Mail to ensure delivery. I will not be responsible for packages lost/missing on these routes.

EU/UK customers, please include your PHONE # in your order request. Due to new laws, packages will incur Value Added Tax and processing fees at customs. Value may vary depending on country, so please be aware of additional expenses. I will not be charging VAT and will not be responsible for unclaimed packages. Due to customs, there may also be additional delays.

I live in Hawaii. Can I pick up my order from you?
No, but I encourage you to come and visit us at our local events!

Do you have a retail shop somewhere?
No. But we do attend various local events at conventions, schools, community centers, and more. Please see our main website for upcoming events!

Do you charge sales tax?
Only for Hawaii residents. This is built into our shopping cart system.

I don't have a PayPal account. Do you accept other methods of payment?
You don't need to have a paypal account to pay via PayPal or Square. When you are ready to pay, select Check Out and then select Don't Have A PayPal Account, if applicable. This will allow you to use your credit card to pay without creating a PayPal account.
We do accept checks and money orders, but will not ship your order until payment has cleared. Please contact us with your inquiry.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?
I personally process all orders. I try to have them out in the mail within a week.

Orders shipped via USPS Priority mail will come with a tracking number. All first class mail will be only notified of shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Information

Do you accept exchanges/returns?
For all shirt orders handled through Spreadshirt, please contact Spreadshirt with your claims.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via e-mail or form. We require you to ship the item back to us first. Once we receive it, we will then send out your exchange or refund.

In-Stock & Pre-Order Information

What does "pre-order" mean?

We do pre-orders for items we have not yet ordered.

Our pre-order periods can be short and expect roughly a month for the items to be printed, arrive, and be shipped out.

What does "pre-sale" mean?
Pre-sales are for items that have already been ordered and en route. Quantities may be limited and orders will be shipped when they arrive.

Miscellaneous Questions

AUGH! I missed out XXX design/item! Will they ever come back in stock?
We do not expect to re-stock any of our past merchandise - shirts, plush, tapes, stationery, etc. Once they are sold out, they're out! There are a few times we find an extra one in storage, so feel free to contact me if you'd like to be put on a wait list.
Print-on-demand items like our Henshin Rider x Yellow Jacket comic or Blue Hawaii collections may be replenished from time to time. I often hold pre-sales for when I expect new stock to arrive.
