Meanwhile -- guess what came in the mail!

It's our award from the Kids Read Comics event in Ann Arbor, MI earlier this year! We won the "Special Award for Excellence in Drawing Delicious-Looking Food" for our Phantom Ice Cream Truck! Yayyyy!

panel 1: Kitsy stares at Anpan and Nemu very confused
Kitsy: H-how are there TWO of you?! Are you like a GREMLIN?! Was I not supposed to feed you after midnight?!
Anpan and Nemu: Wat's a Gremlin?

panel 2: Kitsy thinks hard. The pups figure it's time to get out of there...
Kitsy: Think, Kitsy! THINK!
Anpan: ANPAN think isn time to go NOW!
Nemu: Um. Yah! Bye-bye!

panel 3: Kitsy grabs the two pups before they can get away!
Kitsy: Oh no you don't! I'm not letting you out of my sight again!

panel 4: She puts them under her arm and...
Pups: GYAHHHHHHHHH!
Kitsy: SHHH! As if the neighbors don't think I'm strange enough. Gotta get to the bottom of this...
